Araf 34-36

34- AND EVERY NATION LIVES UP TO THE END OF ITS TERM, WHEN THEY REACH THE END OF ITS TERM, IT WILL NEITHER BE EXTENDED NOR BROUGHT FORWARD BY AN HOUR.

35- O CHILDREN OF ADAM, WHEN MESSENGERS FROM AMONGST YOU COME TO YOU, TO RECITE OUR AYAHS TO YOU, WHOEVER IS PIOUS AND DO GOOD DEEDS, THERE WILL BE NEITHER FEAR UPON THEM,  NOR WILL THEY BE SADDENED.

36- AS FOR THOSE WHO REJECT OUR AYAHS AND TREATED THEM ARROGANTLY, THOSE ARE THE PEOPLE OF THE FIRE WHERE THEY WILL ABIDE FOREVER.

Allah the Highest is telling us that throughout the history of mankind, various countries, nations and empires rose, they built their civilization and power which was followed by weakness until they came to an end.  This happened with the Chinese, Greek, Roman, Persian, Pharaohs, the Civilizations of the native North and South Americans etc.

The Civilizations follow the same life course as man, who starts young and week, then grows into a strong person, and later to get weak, old and die.  Allah the Highest said: “ALLAH IS HE WHO CREATED YOU WEAK, THEN MADE STRENGTH AFTER THE WEAKNESS, THEN MADE AFTER THE STRENGTH WEAKNESS AND GREYNESS OF THE HAIR, HE CREATES WHAT HE WILLS, AND HE IS ALL KNOWING AND ABLE OVER EVERY THING”.  (S: 30 A: 54)

Allah the Highest promised Adam and his descendants’ guidance to guide us on the way Allah the Highest wants our life on Earth to be.  For this, prophets, messengers and holy books were sent.  Allah the Highest said: WE SAID: GET DOWN FROM IT ALL OF YOU.  WHEN YOU RECEIVE GUIDANCE FROM ME, THOSE WHO FOLLOW MY GUIDANCE, THERE WILL BE NO FEAR UPON THEM, NEITHER WILL THEY BE SADDENED”.  (S: 2 A: 38)

Those prophets and messengers were human beings and men from the nations they were sent to; so that they could understand their people, and their people can identify with them.  The Last of the prophets and messengers was Mohamed prayer and peace upon him and the Last Book was the Quran.

Obeying Allah the Highest, his prophets, messengers and book is the road to Paradise, otherwise the destination is the Hell-Fire, May Allah saves us from such end.  Amen.
