Araf 37

37- WHO IS MORE UNJUST THAN HE WHO INVENTED LIES CONCERNING ALLAH, OR DENIED HIS AYAHS, THEY WILL HAVE THE SHARE WRITTEN FOR THEM IN THE BOOK, UNTIL THE TIME OUR MESSENGERS ARRIVE FOR THEIR DEATH, THEY WILL SAY: “WHERE ARE THOSE YOU CLAIMED (TO BE GODS) OTHER THAN ALLAH?”, THEN THEY SAY: “THEY HAVE GONE FROM US”, AND THEY WILL TESTIFY AGAINST THEMSELVES THEY WERE DISBELIEVERS.

For any person to claim that there are gods other than Allah does one and those following him/her great injustice, in this life and in the Hereafter.  We can never do Allah injustice but the injustice we do to ourselves.

“THEY WILL HAVE THE SHARE WRITTEN FOR THEM IN THE BOOK”. They enjoy their share of the pleasure available for everyone on this Earth, humans, animals and the rest.  Allah the Highest said about them: “AND THOSE WHO DISBELIEVE ENJOY AND EAT LIKE THE ANIMALS, AND THE FIRE WILL BE THEIR ABODE”.  (S: 47 A: 12)

And said: “THOSE WHO INVENT LIES CONCERNING ALLAH DO NOT SUCCEED * THEY WILL HAVE ENJOYMENT IN THE LOWER LIFE, THEN THEY WILL RETURN TO US, AND WE WILL LET THEM TASTE THE SEVERE PUNISHMENT BECAUSE OF THEIR DISBELIEF”.  (S: 10 A: 70)

There are angels appointed to take people’s soul and to make them die; and they will arrive to them at their appointed time, not later or sooner by an hour. At this time, if they look out for the gods they worshipped in this life, whether they were idles, money, power, sex etc, and they will not find them and there will be helpless.  Allah the Highest expressed their state at this time in the Quran saying that will say: “MY MONEY DID NOT HELP ME * MY AUTHORITY AND POWER HAVE GONE”.  (S: 69 A: 28-29)

They will have to testify what they have done during their life on earth, for Allah the Highest will make various parts of their body testify against them, and they will also have to face their book of deeds, which does not miss the smallest detail, good or bad.  Allah the Highest described this in the Quran saying: “AND THE BOOK (OF DEEDS) IS PUT DOWN, AND WILL SEE THE EVIL-DOERS FRIGHTENED OF WHAT IS THEREIN, AND THEY WILL SAY: “HOW BAD FOR US, THIS BOOK DOES NOT LEAVE A SMALL OR MAJOR DEEDS WITHOUT ACCOUNTING FOR IT, AND THEY WILL FIND ALL THEY HAVE DONE THEIR, AND YOUR LORD IS NOT UNJUST TO ANYONE”.  (S: 18 A: 49)

However, there is no return to this life after death, regret does not help then, for the time of deeds is over, and the time of reckoning has come.
