83- DO THEY SEEK OTHER THAN THE RELIGION OF ALLAH, WHILE TO HIM SUBMITTED ALL THERE IS IN THE HEAVENS AND EARTH, WILLINGLY OR UNWILLINGLY, AND THEY WILL ALL RETURN TO HIM.

84- SAY: “WE BELIEVE IN ALLAH AND WHAT WAS SENT DOWN TO US, AND WHAT WAS SENT DOWN TO IBRAHIM, ISMAIL, ISAAC, JACOB, AND THE TRIBES (OF THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL) AND WHAT MOSES, AND JESUS AND THE PROPHETS WERE GIVEN FROM THEIR LORD,  WE MAKE NO SEPARATION BETWEEN THEM, AND WE SUBMIT TO HIM (ALLAH)

85- AND HE WHO SEEKS A RELIGION OTHER THAN ISLAM, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM HIM, AND IN THE HEREAFTER HE WILL BE AMONG THE LOSERS.

A number of important statements concerning Faith in these Ayahs:

-    This is the Religion of Allah the Highest.  The Islam is what was sent down to Ibrahim, Ismail, Is, haq, Jacob and his children, Moses, Jesus and Mohamed the last of the prophets and messengers.  They are all one continuous line of prophecy, carrying the same message at different stages.  The basis of this message is to believe in Allah the Highest as the one and only God and to submit to Him.

This is Islam sent to all the prophets and messengers.  It is kept in its final, complete, unaltered and nonperverted form when sent to Mohamed prayer and peace upon him.  Allah the Highest does not accept any religion from man after sending Mohamed prayer and peace upon him with his message. Believing and following this religion is a requirement for entering Paradise, otherwise one looses out and is sent to the Fire.

-    Islam means submission to the Will of Allah the Highest.  Man has to submit to Allah’s Will voluntarily, on some aspects, while he submits involuntarily on others.

The voluntary or willful submission is concerning the articles of faith and belief in Allah the Highest.  Willful submission is also in obeying and following Allah’s commands of instruction, acts of worship and prohibitions that are pare of the Faith and Religion.

The Involuntary or unwilling submission applies to many aspects of our life, we have no power to change or alter such as; life span, how our body works, choosing our parents, our shapes and forms etc.  In these respects, mankind submits unwillingly to Allah the Highest just as the Heavens and Earth and all things in them submit to Allah’s Will unwillingly by obeying His Laws in the universe which no one can change, like gravity, the laws of mass, physics, chemistry etc. which control the physical aspects of our lives and every thing in the Universe.  All such Laws can not be changed or altered, we just have to live with them and obey them, and so do the heavens and the earth and all that is in them.  Allah the Highest said: “TO ALLAH PROSTRATE ALL THERE IS IN THE HEAVENS AND IN THE EARTH, WILLINGLY AND UNWILLINGLY, AND SO DO THEIR SHADOWS, BY THE MORNINGS AND EVENINGS”.  (S: 13 A: 15)

Allah the Highest also said: “THEN HE (ALLAH) TURNED TO THE HEAVENS AND IT WAS SMOKE, AND SAID TO IT AND THE EARTH: ‘COME WILLINGLY OR UNWILLINGLY’, THEY SAID: ‘WE COME WILLINGLY’”.  (S: 41 A: 11)

The Heavens and the Earth willingly choose the unwilling submission to Allah the Highest, giving up their will, which saves them from having to answer in the Hereafter like mankind.  It is our willful actions that we have to account for before Allah the Highest on the Day of Resurrection.
